	POLO Stacking armchair from Archirivolto Design displaying an innovative geometric Western and Oriental motif. Produced in die-cast aluminum, Polo is available in a variety of powder coated colours and is suitable for indoor and outdoor commercial or residential applications. Matching powder coated cast iron table bases with steel columns are available in two dimensions, for tabletops from ø 50 to 110cm.

	Mite Special Fusion The history between Marc Sadler and Foscarini has its 10th birthday. And what better way to celebrate this story than a brand new interpretation of our first project developed together? Mite Special Fusion: carbon and Kevlar® fibre threads interweave, harmonising to make Mite’s dual personality even richer and more versatile, its almost ethnic motif is expressed through the rigorous elegance of carbon fibre thread and the delicateness of Kevlar®. Marc Sadler’s signature joins the Foscarini logo on the marking of the base to symbolise the story of this special partnership, a story told in a special paperback contained into the packaging and that can be downloaded from www.foscarini.com

	Tropico in Munich This fall Foscarini will make the showroom of Neue Werkstätten sparkle with an installation of “Tropico”. Following a preview at “Luminale 2008” in Frankfurt, the showings in Cologne and Vienna, as well as the installation at the Biennale in Venice, this impressive exhibition-event may now be admired in Munich. The installation underlines the versatility of a project that can be developed in different shapes and sizes, depending on its use and on the interior decorating project. 	Foscarini News 09 now available Following their presentation at the XV edition of Euroluce, the new products in the Foscarini collection are now available through the international distribution network. In particular, Tress (design Marc Sadler), Allegretto (design Atelier Oï), Flap (design Marco Zito), Fly -Fly (design Ludovica and Roberto Palomba) and Lumiere XXL (design Rodolfo Dordoni) are currently being distributed, Le Soleil (design Vicente Garcia Jimenez) will be available starting at the end of September. 	Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2009 Trade Fair Presentation of the Do-Lo-Rez collection During the last Salone Internazionale del Mobile trade fair in Milan (April 2009) we presented our new Do-Lo-Rez collection, designed by Ron Arad. All those who visited our stand to see the collection were unanimous in their praise for the nanimarquina-Moroso joint project, the initiative of the Israeli designer. The name Do-Lo-Rez comes from the expression “do low resolution”, and it brings together two components, a rug and a sofa, interpreted as a single element. Jointly designed by the two companies, the sofa, produced by Moroso, and the rug, produced by nanimarquina, can be combined to create an unlimited range of possibilities. With this unconventional project, Ron Arad is proposing a contemporary interpretation of design, where the virtual world and the real world are brought closer together.

	Cocktail at Loft in Valencia, the first referential store in Spain On September 23, a cocktail for the presentation of the new 2009 collections designed by Nendo and Guillaumier will be offered at Loft, the first referential store in Spain, at the same time as the exhibition “Habitat Valencia Forward 2009”. The cosmopolitan and Mediterranean Valencia is a perfect set for the presentation of these products, as this city has distinguished itself in the constant research in the field of contemporary architecture and design in the last years. This research is in line with Arketipo philosophy, which combines a modern design with classic and timeless characteristics, such as the attention to comfort and to the details.
